About Project

The project aims to equip professionals and persons with disabilities (PWDs) with 21st-century skills through blended learning. It supports social inclusion, lifelong learning, and active citizenship. Key outputs include the REFORM Manual for professionals and the “We want to be ready for the life in the 21st century” educational programme for PWDs. The project promotes flexible, high-quality learning for PWDs facing multiple disadvantages, offering modern educational methods and improved access to informal education. Professionals will gain updated competences, enhancing service quality for PWDs and enabling their integration into society and the labour market.
